The following correction will be made for students with different curriculum categories due to changes in the application year of the curriculum due to recess and return to school, selection of minor and double majors, movement between recruitment units (transfer) and exchanges between other universities in Korea.
The deadline for submitting the application for correcting the subject classification is from Tuesday, September 19, 2023 to Wednesday, October 04, 2023
Application submission: Department 1 of Economics (Gyeong 2-109, 062-530-1540)
A. Criteria for applying the curriculum: Originally applying the curriculum in the year of admission. Provided, That if it is difficult to apply the curriculum in the year of admission due to changes in school records (return to school, re-admission), the curriculum may be changed to the time when the student of the year in which he/she returns to school entered the school
B. Key confirmation and precautions
1) In the case of a change in the application year of the curriculum according to the leave of absence, return to school, or transfer, the required subjects may vary depending on the applicable curriculum, so be sure to check the application year of the curriculum
2) Transferred students' college credit recognition details are not subject to correction of subject classification
3) In the case of correction of subject classification due to exchanges with other universities in Korea, it is difficult for the academic department to judge it, so if the undergraduate department judges and recognizes it, prepare and submit it in a separate form (attached Form 4)
4) If the subject classification is corrected by minor or double major credits, the minor or double major department (department) should submit an official document, and when entering the corrected subject classification, enter it by flotation and 2 strokes based on the student standard (careful not to enter it by wire or full handwriting based on the major department)
5) Where the course to be completed is abolished or changed, the academic guidance shall be implemented so that the course designated as the same or alternative course in the department (department) or major can be completed
6) The subject classification is determined based on the curriculum applied by the student, and be careful not to make a mistake when entering (application of accurate subject classification is required)
C. How to submit it
1) When applying for correction of subject classification related to liberal arts and major engineering, fill out the 'Attachment 1. Application for correction of subject classification (for students)' and submit it to the department office
2) If you apply for correction of subject classification by minor or double major, submit it to the department of minor or double major
