2. Eligibility: Based on the scheduled date of the final (interview) exam

A. Basic requirements

Age of application: Article 74 of the National Public Officials Act does not fall under the retirement age (60 years), and a person who is 18 years of age or older pursuant to Article 16 of the Public Officials Appointment Examination Decree (born before December 31, 2006)

 

B. Requirements for application

4. Test method

A. 1st Test: Document screening

Examine in writing whether the qualification requirements specified by the position to be appointed are met and determine whether they are eligible or ineligible

B. 2nd test : interview test

Evaluation of professional knowledge in the field of recruitment and possibility of development, etc. of successful applicants for document screening

Evaluation method: Evaluation of five evaluation factors

(2) expertise and application capabilities

(3) Courtesy, conduct and integrity (4) Accuracy and logic of expressing opinions

(5) organizational adaptability

 

 

Determination of successful candidates

An interview shall be conducted from among those who pass the document screening, but those who do not meet the criteria for rejection of the interview shall be determined in the order of those who have excellent interview scores

 

Failure criteria 기즈ᅀᆫ

A majority of the members rated 'very insufficient' in at least two of the five evaluation factors

A majority of the members rated any one of the same rating factors as "very insufficient"

If a person in the same ranking exceeds the number of people expected to be selected, an interview test shall be conducted again for the person in the same ranking

If the final successful candidate needs to supplement the vacancy due to reasons such as abandonment of appointment, cancellation of acceptance, disqualification of appointment, retirement on the day of appointment, etc., the next highest-ranking scorer from among those who did not fail the interview shall be determined as the additional successful candidate

If there is no suitable person as a result of the test, the selection may not be made

7. Remuneration and working conditions

Working period: January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (re-contract possible)

Remuneration: 2,020,000 won per month (excluding severance pay, including personal charges for the four major social insurance premiums)

Service: 40-hour work five days a week (09:00 to 18:00)
