□ Application for reservation of graduation (fee) and payment of reservation fee □

A. Application period for reservation: From December 18, 2023 (Monday) to January 3, 2024 (Wednesday) 18:00 [No additional application period]

B. Reservation Department (department) Confirmation deadline: January 5, 2024 (Friday)

C. Payment period for reservation expenses [issuance of a notice]: 2024. 1. 10. (Wed) to 1. 12. (Fri) 16:00 [No additional payment period]

※ Issuance of a bill (individual output of students): Portal→registration→reservation of undergraduate graduation (fee) → Notice output

D. Precautions

1) Confirmation of the reservation application department (department) must be entered in Arsam within the deadline

2) There is no additional period for reservation applications and payment of reservation fees, so please actively promote them to students

3) Cancellation of a reservation application if the reservation fee is not paid within the payment period of the reservation fee

4) If there are changes due to non-payment of reservation expenses (reservation → graduation, fee), it is necessary to send an official letter to correct the graduation situation

※ Matters to be included in the guide: If the reservation fee is not paid, the reservation application will be canceled, payment cannot be made after the bank closing time (4 p.m.) within the registration period, and there is no additional payment period other than the registration period
