1. Related: Article 8 of the Enforcement Decree of the Reserve Military Act (Management of Personal Change of Reserve Military Personnel)

2. Among the students enrolled in the first semester of 2024, students who are not organized as a college workplace reserve (affiliated with the Chonnam National University Solidarity) should modify their personal information to apply for transfer to the reserve army solidarity and to provide accurate training guidance.

A. Target: Students enrolled in a university (graduate) in the first semester of 2024 (including new students (re-entry), transfer, return to school, and former students)

1) Application period: January 2, 2024 (Tue) ~

2) Application process: Chonnam National University Portal → My academic administration → Reserve army → Application for transfer to the reserve army

3) After 4 to 5 days of application for transfer, check the reservist's website whether the unit is changed

C. Notes for reference

1) Graduation, leave of absence, exceeding the period of study (graduation/reservation of completion), and those who have completed are not allowed to participate in the student reserve training as they are subject to the formation of local reserve forces (to be transferred at the end of February 2024)

2) If an enrolled student does not apply for a move-in and is organized as a local reserve army company, more training time is imposed than the training time (8 hours) of the college workplace reserve army
