Program Participant Recruitment Guide
A. Target for recruitment: Chonnam National University, Chosun University, 3rd and 4th graders (including students on leave) Financial job and public company support (scheduled)
B. Number of people recruited: 10 students each from 2 universities (20 students in total)
C. Details of activities
- Special lecture on preparation strategies for employment at the opening ceremony and financial public enterprises and job concerts
- Non-face-to-face career management using AI career platform
- NCS Vocational Basic Competency Mock Test and Problem Solving Special Lecture
- Employment competency development with job consulting professionals
- Mentoring program with incumbent mentors in financial institutions such as KAMCO
- One-day class of healing programs
